Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes — Stripe processes payments. Creating an account is free and takes about 10 minutes. Works with any country Stripe supports.
Can I run multiple games?
Yes, as many as you like. Each game has its own calendar, hours, duration and pricing. You can even run two games in one physical room.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes. The plugin uses scoped CSS so it won't conflict with your theme. Works with Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder and all major page builders.
What if a customer doesn't complete payment?
Their slot hold expires after 15 minutes and becomes available again automatically. No booking is created and nothing is charged.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed through your Stripe Dashboard. The plugin sends cancellation emails automatically — you then issue the refund in Stripe at your discretion.
Is it available in other languages?
The plugin is fully translation-ready with a .pot file included. Use Loco Translate to create translations. Dates and currency are fully configurable.
